Here's a great opportunity to own an open Gulf water front townhouse condo in historic Cedar Key, Florida! Perched at the point of a private road, surrounded by the sweet sounds of lapping saltwater, this two bedroom, 1.5 bath condo is ready to be your perfect landing spot for rest and relaxation. This end unit is in a building with only six more, so there's no large group of homeowners to manage. Being an end unit, you will have extended water front balconies on both levels, and unbelievable amounts of natural light and sea life sightings! The ground level entrance also has a small room for use as a laundry, a carport, and a water front slab to the sea wall. Up on the first elevated level, the master bedroom enjoys a private water front balcony. A shared bath works well to separate the master from the second bedroom. On the top floor, an open floor plan with walls of glass provides sweeping views of the gorgeous Gulf and surrounding uninhabited islands! Soak in the sunlight on the wrap-around porch off the living area, watching dolphins and sea birds at play. Sunrises are spectacular viewed from this point! You can even "people watch" from this high corner, looking down on the nearby City Park and playground, the popular boat ramp, and Dock Street. Low quarterly condo fees of $852.78 are supplemented by a fall insurance assessment that is typically around $5,000. In this building, you are downtown, but are surrounded by Gulf waters, teeming with natural Florida wildlife. Just a block away is the bakery, the community garden and golf cart rental. Another block and you will find restaurants, the library, welcome center, art center, hardware store, smoothie shop, bank and medical clinic. You don't need to go far from this great location!
