Here's a perfect, affordable opportunity for a water front Florida island investment property! This recently remodeled third-floor loft bedroom condominium in historic Cedar Key overlooks the sparkling Gulf, where you can watch seabirds soar, and bottlenose dolphins at play! You will love spending time on the covered balcony, sipping your favorite beverages, listening to your favorite tunes, and soaking up the spectacular views of unspoiled saltwater wildlife! Located downtown, you will be just steps to the City Park, playground and beach right next door, and restaurants, bars, shops and everything the island has to offer in just minutes. A morning stroll will land you at one of the island's coffee shops, or the bakery for a fresh-baked muffin and steaming coffee. Take an afternoon walk down "Main Street" and enjoy a cone of hand-dipped ice cream or a glazed donut. Tour around town in a golf cart, and don't forget to slow down to watch the sun dip below the watery horizon at sunset. Want to enjoy the beckoning salt water? Launch your kayak from the beach next door and paddle around the island, exploring the mangrove tunnels and shell banks, or even go over to the island across the channel in the distance and walk the paths of settlers more than a century ago. If you are a boater, the public boat ramp is only two blocks away, and fishing spots galore await you! A private picnic on an uninhabited island is a terrific way to spend a day! Cedar Cove Efficiency Condos are terrific for investors, since they limit owner use to four months per year--you choose the days. When you are not here, put the unit in a vacation rental management program, and let it generate cash to offset the cost. It's a win-win! Check out this beautifully renovated loft unit today!
