Take a look at this Gulf of Mexico water front condo in historic Cedar Key, Florida! With sweeping sunset views of the Gulf from the great room and the master bedroom, this multi-level condo on high ground is nestled within a group of sprawling seaside oak trees. The open floor plan second floor opens to a screened porch, where you will love to relax, sip a drink and watch the sun dip below the water in the evenings. The first floor master suite is quite spacious, with a private screened water front porch. What a great spot to sit and read, or to sip your morning coffee! The split floor plan with a generous second bedroom could be used as a second master for two couples, if desired. With only five units, the complex is not overwhelming, and due to the higher ground, there are not loads of stairs for access. No schlepping heavy luggage and groceries up dozens of stairs here! This unit at Whitman Point includes a one-car garage to use for your vehicle--or simply use it for your golf cart, kayaks and other water toys. The unit is sold fully furnished, and ready to use or to put into a vacation rental program. Condos at Whitman Point make great vacation rentals--their gorgeous water front location, paired with the few blocks' walk to downtown food and fun make a great combination! An added bonus here--owners of Whitman Point units can become paid members of a private community boat dock! **Only cash or private financing will be acceptable for the purchase of this unit at this time. Currently the complex does not carry a master flood insurance policy, which is required for traditional lenders. All of the current unit owners feel that the high location does not necessitate the expense of flood insurance. Call to take a look at this unit today!
